Reporting to the VP Marketing Communications, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, coordinating, executing, analyzing and developing digital marketing campaigns and ongoing programs such as email marketing, website content, multi-media content and social media. This position will also be responsible for coordinating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and data-driven initiatives. Reports to Vice-President of Marketing and Communications Responsibilities • Execute, analyze and optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns for BBB brand • Manage multiple email subscriber lists and digital CRM functionality including data gathering and segmentation. • Coordinate multi-channel digital projects and collaborate with management team, as well as creative team and business units. • Coordinate digital media and search campaigns and report on performance analytics. • Plan, coordinate and execute campaigns that grow email opt-in • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness • Assist in overseeing major digital projects and report on digital initiatives within various business units • Development of video, audio, and other multimedia content for website and social media • Research relevant customer and industry information • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of development in digital marketing • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications • Degree or diploma in digital marketing, communications or other relevant discipline • Minimum one (1) year of prior experience in a marketing role with specific focus on digital communications • Solid understanding of email marketing platforms (Constant Contact) and data management tools • Proficient in producing multi-media content with latest hardware and software
