The Digital Europe Programme will ensure that Europe drives the digital transformation of the economy and society and brings its benefits to all citizens and businesses.
It will focus on:• Building essential capacities
and advanced skills in key digital technology areas, contributing to Europe’s strategic autonomy;
• Accelerating their deployment and best use in areas of public interest and the private sector
Content. Build capacities towards exascale supercomputing, through the acquisition and deployment of new supercomputing capabilities.

Content. Data resources in key industrial and societal sectors through the deployment of a set of sectoral common European data spaces

Content. Capacity building and the enhancement of cross-border cooperation on cybersecurity at technical, operational and strategic levels (support to NIS Directive implementation).

Content. Specialised education programmes or modules in key capacity areas aimed to increase the offer of EU education programmes and the number of students specialised in those areas

MGA Digital Europe: Almost finalised
Two parts:
o General, similar in all the programmes (corporate MGA)
o Annex V, where most of the DIGITAL specificities are included, e.g. IPR

Participation can be restricted to entities established in the EU
Specific Articles in the MGA on IPR
Article 12.5 DIGITAL regulation
Applicable to SO 1, 2 and 3 only when justified for security reasons
Participation can be restricted to entities established in the EU and controlled by MS and/or MS legal entities
Under SO 1 and 2 entities controlled by third countries and/or third countries legal entities can participate under certain conditions established in the Work Programme
