eARCZ is a digital archiving software that automate the transformation of business-critical information from paper documents, faxes into process-ready information, and to deliver it into business systems, databases, work�ows and document archives.
eARCZ uses optical character recognition (OCR), optical mark recognition (OMR), intelligent document recog-nition and handwriting recognition (ICR) for data collection. However we have �exible data base option to store archived data with keywords.
eARCZ extracts data from the image of any business document entered as a fax or scanned document and perform three core services:• Recognition• Routing• Formatting and Conversion
Image Recognition Module extracts data from inbound fax and image documents using optical character recognition (OCR), optical mark recognition (OMR) and handwriting recognition (ICR) to extract routing infor-mation, and automatically delivers the documents to the appropriate destinations or by data input to a data entry module designed for scanned document for creating new business documents.
eARCZ provide document scanning, archiving and capture services for a large variety of applications with the ability to turn paper documents intore-usable formats, like PDF files or HTML pages or into manageable database.
