This is the front cover for the 2nd studio album released in 2010 by Katy Perry entitled: Teenage Dream.

Cd’s Within the cd’s design, we are still able to observe the consistent house style throughout. Which is candy themed. 1st CdThis cd consistently follows the set house style with the use of a candy shaped sweets. Yet the colours follow the same style with the use of pinks and whites.2nd CdThe second CD follows suit of the frist by adopting the similar style

Back cover – Track listThis is the back cover of the Digipak/CD which includes the track list, a barcode and the credits of the Album.The back cover conveys the set house style through he use of the colours: pink and blueThe pink clouds which are similar to pink candy floss which is very common amongst the whole album.

Extra Panel - ImageWithin the extra panel of the digipak an image has been used which shows Katy Perry dressed up as a queen of some sort and holds similar reference to many shoots by Marilyn Monroe. In addition to this the websites ,record labels involved and the copyright are listed below in the corner..

IconographyThe iconography of the CD/Album represents Katy Perry as a pop star’s persona. This is evident within• The colour pallet used• Main image• Themes• BackgroundFor the colours it is still very sweet and fun orientated with the continuous use of light pastel colours such as pinks and blues and whites representing Katy Perry as an innocent figure it with a dark side as she is pictured within the main image as she is pictured ‘naked’ covered in cotton candy.
