University Transcripts: Minimum 75% (B+) average in final two years of a nutrition undergraduate program. Personal Letter: Your letter must be: professional, no longer than one page, single-spaced, in 12 font, with one inch margins. Resume: Your resume must be: no longer than 2 pages, single-spaced, in 12 font, with one inch margins. Include your education and experience in reverse chronological order, and indicate the length of each experience. Confidential reports An academic reference and a Registered Dietitian reference are preferred. A reference from a family member will not be accepted. Application Fee Please submit $25 application fee with your application package; payable to Grand River Hospital by cheque or money order (no other payment options available).
