kcal.

y Moderate protein intake restriction (0.8g/kg/day)

y It can be used as a guide for the patient to lead a balancedand healthy life.

some mild-to-moderate exercises.

y The examples of exercises that can be practiced by the patients are illustrated in the calendar.
