Dia-Clad HFRC Hard Facing and Tinning Rods DiaPac TM provides a wide range of bronze based rods containing cemented carbide WC/Co particles. The range of products are applied using an oxy-acetylene brazing process. HFRC is easy to use, produces low fume and enables the operator to “position” and optimize the carbide pieces for optimal performance. HFRC is available in non-fluxed or fluxed coated form. The large particles have exposure to enable a sharp cutting action, smaller particles provide a bearing or wear resistant surface Applications include: downhole drilling, fishing tools, augers and ground engaging components.
