DGA was the architect for the renovations and restorations for this iconic Morris Lapidus designed hotel on Miami Beach. The work included restoration of the aging façade, new windows, new pool deck, landscaping, new porte cochere and entry area, and master plan for future improvements.

DGA provided interior architectural services at this resort hotel for a new restaurant, expanded lobby, new meeting room and 6,000 sf Spa. Barry Donaldson was also part of the original design team for this resort hotel.

Essentials Spa, Viera, FLDGA
A new 15,000 SF Spa with 16 treatment rooms, retail area, lounge, dining room and salon. This new building serves as a prototype for future projects.

DGAPier 66 Resort and Spa, Fort Lauderdale, FL
This guest room expansion at Pier 66 was designed by Barry Donaldson while principal architect for the Florida office of Arcop, Inc. It is one of many projects at the iconic Fort Lauderdale hotel.
DGAMarriott Frenchman’s Reef Spa and Salon, St. Thomas, USVI
DGA was the architect for this 5,500 sf boutique spa at the resort with eight treatment rooms. The project also included a new fitness center and salon.
