The goals for 2015-16:1. By May, 2016 Dexter Middle School will decrease the
number of disciplinary referrals by 40% from 647 to 387.
2. By May, 2016, attendance at Dexter Middle School will increase from 95.4% to 96% for 5th and 6th Grade
3. By May, 2016, attendance at Dexter Middle School will increase from 93% to 96% for the 7th and 8th grade.

Monitoring Process
1. How is data used by the School-wide PBIS Team to determine progress toward goals and Action Plan?
Data will be collected and reviewed by the team to determine repeat offenders, time, place and specific incidents. Based on the reason for the referral, an action plan will be created to supervise the area of concern or/eliminate the inappropriate behavior. Meetings with the discipline team and are scheduled after every 20-day period and shared with the staff at the following staff meeting.
