Development of the Front CoverThese were my early stages of designing - with the structure being incomplete, I had an idea to add colour shading and add some effects but instead decided to scrap the idea and keep it simple due to the colours not matching the typical Electronic magazine style.

Modifications and AdditionsThis is my second version of my front cover, I took examples and designs from popular magazines and used some alternative stories as bonus content. This proved to be a sufficient addition until the design lacked consistency.

Preliminary DesignThe final copy is greatly improved and has a diverse colour scheme. The leading story synergises with the “EDM Flux” logo to appear eye catching and appealing.

I used a different picture of the model to create a stronger effect with the shading.

Final DesignI concluded that this is the final design - from trying out different angles and lighting effects it has improved the way the character stands out and shows representation of music from the clothing he is wearing and the posture.
