The vegetable factory that employs persons with disabilities in Okinawa had two problems: “Solve workers’ concerns” and “Ensure the productivity and stability of factory operations”. In this study, we develop a work procedure support system for working people and solve problems. N.I.T.-O.C. mini factory 2. Configuration of Support System using IoT Growth condition management (Humidity, Water Temp., Room Temp., Illuminance, etc…) Sensors Analyze information from sensors and apps and provide feedback to workers Server Posting work processes and Assisting workers’ concerns Apps Movable hydroponics kit using IoT Wearable Bio. sensor Environment Parameters (Sensors) Cloud Server Data analysis and storage, Feedback analysis Results. Data Collection by RPi Biological Information (Heart rate) Mobile Devices 3. Unfold as teaching materials at special support schools 4. Summary • An IoT support system for hydroponics to employ worker with disabilities was proposed. • A Movable kit has been installed at the special support school and has been evaluated for its feeling of use. • For users who are not good at reading characters, an VUI will install in the Apps. • Develop simple UI apps that are easy for workers to use. • Work instructions corresponding to various disability.
