To appraise schools of the main procedures for participation in the Dissemination programme.
To review any further issues

Do not send requisition forms directly to
supplier or make verbal arrangements.
Use the board schedule for suppliers.
If for any reason need to use alternative
supplier please contact procurement.

Budget holder and procurement will approve the requisition.
The school will be sent monthly budget statement
Individual School Presentations to SSP
Schools (not all) will be invited to make a brief presentation to the SSP steering group.
Each school is asked to give a synopsis of their programme.
Schools can present their programme in a variety of ways: Samples of Pupils’ Work Samples of teacher planners Samples of action plans Powerpoint presentation

School context Development Theme – Why it was chosen Action Plan – Key targets/outcomes Whole School Involvement: How was it achieved?
Governors, Principal, SMT, teachers/assistants, Children, Parents/Community
Programme Management:: Roles? Heads? Implementation Process: Positives, Negatives,
Commitment Monitoring/Evaluation Outcomes – Gains for school, Gains for Pupils. How were
the gains disseminated? Recommendations/General Comments – Plans for the
