• In order to register your interest and book your property and opportunity for a EU Portuguese Golden Visa a 10% non – refundable reservation deposit is payable.

• This project is complete and ready for handover

within 4 months, the expected processing time for

your Golden Visa is similar.

10% non-refundable deposit to be paid on signing

a promissory contract to sell and purchase.

90% on the day the title is transferred and

registered in your name at the registrar of

properties.

Aldea de Hattem

• This project is in its design stage:

10% non – refundable reservation.

25% within 7 days of approval of design and

issuance of municipal approval for construction

by way of signing a promissory contract to sell

65% at least 30 days before Golden Visa

What you need to get your Golden Visa

List of documents:

• Portugal Golden Visa application form.• Copy of a valid passport and travel documents.• Deed or contract of the purchased property or signed promissory contract with proof of the deposit payment.• Declaration from your bank in Portugal confirming the transfer of funds.• Proof of Health Insurance in Portugal.• Certified copy of the criminal certificate or a Police clearance letter from your country of origin.• A completed form authorizing SEF to get an extract of your Portuguese criminal records.• Declaration from you confirming compliance with the investment requirements.• Documents showing a good standing with the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority and Social Security system. These can be issued 45 days prior to your online application.• A receipt showing that you already paid the application processing fee.

Note that the certificates of criminal records or police clearance letters must have been issued no more than 90 days before submitting your application. For all other certificates,it is 180 days.
