KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA KORAPUTNOTICE(2018-19)

Admission will be done subject to the verification of the following documents: (Whichever is/are applicable)

1. Original affidavit for Single Girl Child from First Class Executive Magistrate (if not submitted).

2. Original Caste certificate issued by Competent Authority,3. Original Date of Birth Certificate,

4. Copy of Service Book in the case of Regular Employees of Govt/Public Sector Undertaking duly countersigned by the

competent authority.5. Transfer Order with Joining Report,

6. Last month Salary slip in the case of Regular Employees of Govt/Public Sector Undertaking duly countersigned by the

competent authority.7. Presently valid original BPL Card issued in the name of Parents

along with family details,8. Proof of relationship in case of grand children of KVS

employee.9. Original residence proof (Voter ID, AADHAR Card,

Electric/Telephone Bill, LPG connection bond etc)

*Note:1. No undertakings for submission of documents at later stage

willbe entertained.

2. The competent authority will not be held responsible in case of

rejection of admission due to non-submission of necessary documents/

wrong information given by the parents/any discrepancies found

during or after the admission.3. Children of only regular employees of Govt/Public Sector

undertakingswill be considered for admission under category I to IV.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION1. Recent contact number of parent.

2. Four recent passport size photograph of the child with the name on the back

3. One post card size family photo of the child.

4. Full name, Address and contact number of the authority who has issued Service Certificate in case of Govt/Public Sector

Undertaking employees.5. Any other documents not submitted at the time of registration.

6. Aadhar No./ Adhar Enrolment No in the name of the Child.7. Blood Group with Rh factor of the child if not submitted

No fee will be charged from the children to be admitted under the 25% quota prescribed under RTE Act-2009

*Note: The employees who have the facility of fee reimbursement in their departments can

not claim RTE concessions.

FEE STRUCTURE FOR ALL OTHER CANDIDATES:(Including SGC/SC/ST)

1. Admission Fee: Rs. 25 /-

2. Quarterly Tuition Fee: Nil

3. Quarterly VVN Fee: Rs. 1500 /- (April to June 2018)

4. Quarterly Computer Fee: Nil

TOTAL: Rs. 1525 /- (One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty five)

Fee will be collected online through UBI Portal .

DATES OF ADMISSION (TIME : 8.30 A.M to 11.30 A.M. on 31 h and 2018)

1. D-31/03/2018 : Candidates under RTE

2. D.02.04.2018 : Candidates belonging to all other categories.
