Vertical waling, xed to the formwork and to the

Running gear unit, allows to close near or to move awaythe formwork element using Running gear unit and itsgauge line. Formwork element is xed to the Vertical

waling with Universal xing bolt for waling. The presence

of lifting ring on the top of the Vertical waling allows torealize transportation operations on building site of the

entire Climbing system.

traslazione, permette di accostare oppure allontanaretramite l’uso della cremagliera del carrello di

traslazione il modulo di cassaforma dal getto eseguito.

Il corrente verticale è ssato al cassero tramite i

morsetti di bloccaggio corrente ed al carrello ditraslazione con uno spinotto. Per mezzo dell’anello

posto in sommita’ al corrente e con l’utilizzo di funi

avviene la movimentazione dell’intera unita’ (cassero epiano rampante).

For height adjustments Universl xing bolts are used.Their main function is to x and connect the formwork

element to the Vertical waling. Screwing out these, the

formwork element can be adjusted in hight, up to 15 cm,acting on the bolts of the Adjusting spindle mounted onthe Vertical waling prole.

Per le regolazioni in altezza si usano i morsetti bloccaggio

corrente, che servono da collegamento fra casseformaed il rampante. Allentando questi, la cassaforma può

essere regolata in altezza, no ad un massimo di 15 cm,

agendo sui vitoni di regolazione montati sul correnteverticale.

For length adjustments the Universal xing bolts are

screwed out; the formwork element is put just on the

bolts of the Adjusting spindle and they allow to translate

horizontally whole formwork element; this operationshould be done using a crane.

Per lo spostamento orizzontale si allentano i morsettibloccaggio corrente. L’elemento casserante viene così a

trovarsi sui vitoni di regolazione e ciò permette l’agevole

scivolamento laterale della cassaforma da effettuarsi

con l’ausilio della gru.

LINKING BEAM

Linking beams are used to connect Climbing bracketsor to realize, linked together with steel oor panels,

suspended work platforms and load platforms. They

are present in ve different length sizes in order topermit adjustments and exibility related to formworkdimensions. Connected to the Climbing brackets by

screw-on coupler.

Le travette di collegamento sono utilizzate sia per il

collegamento delle mensole rampanti sia, abbinatealle tavole metalliche, come ponte di caricamento e di

lavoro. Sono disponibili in varie lunghezze in modo da

permettere, collegate con inserti di connessione, unamodularità molto essibile che si adatta alla modularità

dei casseri. Si ssano alle mensole rampanti con giunti

portatubo.
