World class architecture, ultra-modern office spaces on 22
floors, and a top location on the most international square
in the German capital – welcome to the 106 m high Atrium
Tower. Italian architect Renzo Piano, who made architectural
history with buildings such as the Centre Pompidou in Paris,
designing the master plan for the entire quarter, and with the
purist Atrium Tower, he has created another highly visible,
elegant landmark at Potsdamer Platz.
The spectacular building with the subtly shimmering Medi-
terranean terracotta façade is currently being outfitted for
use as a multi-tenant building in premium quality. With it,
architect Renzo Piano now sets the tone for the future: new
values for an architectural icon designed for Berlin.
THE PROPERTY
MORE LIGHT AND OPEN SPACEThe impressive atrium with its clear glass roof rises seven stories high and lends
your company‘s presence a new dimension. During the further development, the
space, which is reminiscent of a cathedral and has the dimensions of the centre
nave of Notre-Dame, will be restructured and made accessible to the public.
In addition, there will be a new cafeteria and separate entrance with their own
reception areas for future tenants and their visitors.
In addition to its three public entrances, the building allows for each rental zone to have its own lobby (sketch)

tenants generously dimensioned spaces for them to develop to their tastes
and needs. The new comfort office levels in the Atrium Tower allow for a
variety of different and flexible development options – communicative
open-space areas, representative individual offices, or customized combined
offices.
The cleverly designed double-skin façade and the internal atrium façade have
been optimised to achieve higher transparency and bring more natural light
into the offices. The airy atmosphere, central lobby zones and open lounge
areas create an inviting and comfortable ambience. The modern offices are

OUTLOOKThanks to its top location, the Atrium Tower will
become more involved in public life in Berlin. The
Atrium will be opened to visitors as a place to come
and experience the city. It will also be available for
special events and cultural activities. A new lighting
concept supports the sophisticated lifestyle ambience.
New, separate entrances create individual reception
areas for the future tenants. On the outside, the
entrances will also be clearly visible thanks to their
attractive glass roof structures. An observation deck
on the top floor provides a spectacular panoramic
view of the capital.
With the Atrium Tower, Renzo Piano Building
Workshop has put his stamp on Berlin‘s cityscape.
Now the landmark presents itself with new, for-
ward-looking perspectives.
COMPACT
“ ARCHITECTURE IS A BRIDGE BETWEEN EARTH AND AIR.”
Italian architect Renzo Piano is one of the world‘s most
influential and well-known architects. He planned buildings
such as the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the New York Times
Tower, or the “The Shard”skyscraper in London. Piano‘s work
is characterised by a delicate transparency – a graceful
con junction of materials such as glass, steel, terracotta, or
stone. His infallible sense of history and his intuition when it
comes to context, people and nature has been a key factor in
the harmonious presence of this buildings.
