The design processes. Through a careful analysis of the cu-stomer’s requests, we fi nd doable and deliverable solutions. Electra

makes use of a technical and scientifi c commit-tee which helps to deepen the different technolo-gical solutions in the different fi elds.

The training. It represents the basic con-tractual element with our customer, because it means to make the most of our products. We don’t give a total information only, but we’d like to work together with partners who promote, attend and intervene in the market thanks to their competence and professionalism. Electra’s formative stages intend to make our customers totally autonomous and able to get their own centers of devoted formation and assistance. In this way the technical intervention and its relati-ve costs are optimized.

The Personalization. Electra’s design and productive vocation understands and supports the customer’s commercial need. We get the best level of personalization and share the technological and image purposes, which are the characterizing elements of the partner’s marketing.

The certifi cation. Electra offers a tutor service in order to get the national and international certifi cations, arranging all the neces-sary technical documents, the pre-compliance tests’ reports exe-cuted by Electra’s laboratory, directly contacting the offi cial bodies responsible for the certifi cations interacting with them on behalf of our customer.
