Abstract
The transfer of knowledge and skills is a process that is closely linked to the measurement of
its usefulness. It's hard to imagine teaching without considering the results and evaluation of
students. At the same time, the current education system is based on a longstanding traditional
paradigm. The aim of this article is to propose a new digital review system based on
Microsoft visual studio (MSVS); it is the only one of its kind in terms of application
versatility and also features professional interfaces for the interactive display of questions and
answers. In our school, we have systematically assessed this program to determine the system
performance of teaching staff and students, the findings of this study demonstrate the
assumption that students were prepared for this type of knowledge; the evaluation result of the
propose exam system outperforms conventional system about approximately 80%.

Introduction
The popularity of web-based and web-based software has grown rapidly in recent times.
The way we do our day-to-day activities has changed. Throughout recent years, the use of
Page 2

417 http://www.webology.org
computers and the Internet as educational apps has increased rapidly. Generally, the word
e-learning refers to the use of distinct types of information and communication technology
(ICT) and digital devices in education (Fluck, Pullen and Harper, 2009). This is a generic
term used by some or all of the electronic devices or the teaching and learning activities
network. The training approach is generated using digitally distributed material or experi-
ences that are achieved. E-learning focuses primarily on using computers remotely or in
the classroom to provide information to learners (Hadullo, Oboko and Omwenga,
2017)(Guragain, 2016). Exams are part of the learning process. To date, the preparation of
examinations and the preparation of the tests has been done manually, which has taken on
more extensive internet inspection scheme, based on the demands of today, is of great
importance to the educational organization in preparing for examinations and saves effort
and time in reviewing examinations and producing results reports (Askarali, 2015). The
internet examination system is a web-based examination system that conducts the internet
examination, or the results are immediately calculated and released in a central database
for future paperwork and scheduling purposes and evaluation on the internet or intranet. It
is an effective way for mass education to be evaluated (Ana and Bukie, 2013). This
scheme allows academic organizations to monitor their learners 'progress. He also looked
at a methodology to research rapid growth due to its accuracy and speed. It also needs
fewer workers to finish the test. Today, as it shortens students ' time on exams (Askarali,
2015), almost all organizations handle exams through the internet examination system.
Related Work
The proposed system aims to establish an electronic structure that meets the requirements
of certain parts of the examination process in universities and higher education
institutions, particularly for Al-Mustansiryiah College of Engineering / University.
Nevertheless, the primary motivation is to solve the difficulties that may exist in manual
testing systems such as the moratorium in the preparation of tests. Records are a
challenge, and it takes more time and effort to achieve sorting of records. To perform
online verifications, it is not necessary to create a separate application.
It is a web-based software that can be accessed via the network area of Internet / Intranet /
Local area. These works can be represented as follows: Many different types of research
have focused on the subject of an online review system:
The Exam Management System (EMS) was introduced with a protected login as a
web-based online review system. EMS can be used to monitor the assessment and
self-grading of exams and to facilitate the execution of examinations. Responses will be
Page 3
Webology, Volume 18, Number 1, April, 2021
418 http://www.webology.org
collected; submissions will be automatically labelled, reports will be generated at the end
of the test. EMS embraces the features of multi-instructor and portability. The program,
however, skipped other features such as resumption power, random question collection,
distribution of random questions, and distribution of random choice (Rashad et al., 2010).
For implementation in Nigerian universities, a computer-based test (CBT) program is
proposed. This is an interactive exam system that provides the student with questions set
by the lecturers and produces a report of the results of the students taking the exam as
well as a description of the overall results of the exam based on the user's query (Fagbola,
Adigun and Oke, 2013).
The system included various features including user registration, exam instruction, correct
examination time, time reminder, response script submission, and test results release. The
system made it possible for the admin or super admin to create a test from a question bank
that includes various subject areas. System testing is conducted with ten users with a
sample that included 20 questions from four topics such as Bangla, English, General
Knowledge, and Science and Technology (Islam, Rahman and Islam, 2013), authors in-
troduced an Online Examination System (OLES) discussing all the features chosen to en-
able online review. The proposed system was implemented with the TCP-IP client / server
networking infrastructure based on a spiral design using Java programming language and
Derby database. In order to distinguish its unique features, a comparison was made be-
tween the proposed OLES and other similar works, and some suggestions for future work
were provided (Younis and Hussein, 2015).
Author observes the perceptions of students about e-learning that would assist in the im-
plementation of new campus teaching (R and Vinayak Mahajan, 2020).
The effect of the Online Social Media Networks on the E-Learning performance, the re-
sult of this paper will be help to implement the successful application (Naveed, Hoda and
Ahmad, 2019). Authors evaluate a new and engaging digital score reporting system that
provides students with personalized feedback after completing their examinations (Bulut
et al., 2019). These kinds of systems have emerged because the education system, which
is considered conventional, has evolved very slowly for many decades (Al-aqbi,
2017)(Al-aqbi et al., 2019)(Ali Talib Qasim al-Aqbi, Ahmed Yousif Falih Saedi, 2018).
System Activities Requirements
It is possible to imagine and combine the parts of the entire system in many different way.

The database was designed by Microsoft Access, which consists of several tables
designed to select as a unique identifier primary key for a table database. In the proposed
system, two data are inserted. First data represents the question data consisting of data
records on questions such as question name, question degree, and question type, while
answer data consists of data records on the question and its answers such as question
number, correct answer, and student response as shown in Figure 4.

The program proposed is characterized by its ability to apply the examination and print
the result immediately after the examination has been completed. After completing the
system implementation, we list the key benefits of the proposed program:
1. The program consists of professional interfaces from the start of the examination to
the end. Instructions for supporting the student during the test, such as switching
between questions, knowing the time and remaining questions, and using the
calculator are included. An examination time countdown is used to complete the
examination immediately after completion.
2. The program can save the answers of the students to each question and save the fina
l degree (used in the case of student objection to the degree).
The suggested software consists of several qualified interfaces to print the result as shown
in Figures 5 to 10, beginning from the support screen.

In recent decades there has been a rapid growth in Internet technology, leading to a
significant shift in communication between users. Where it has become one of the best
methods to send data using the Internet instead of the public telephone network PSTN as a
result of the tremendous development of wireless packet development networks in terms
of reducing costs for users and providers of service. As a result of the rapid development
of Internet services, especially in voice applications and the presence of modern
communication devices such as the iPhone, voice has become one of the important
standards in voice applications in Internet networks. It is now available to use the Internet
service to make voice and video communications and high quality of communication at a
lower cost than PSTN at any time and from anywhere using the mobile phone available
frequently (Fluck, Pullen and Harper, 2009). Which led to the possibility of making calls

nications from one generation to another more efficient to improve the quality of service

work for the common wimax, and using the standard ieee802.16, so as to equip contact
spaces far and high quality working methods and a variety of mobile cellular access. The
wimax features are high-speed, up to 40 Mbps (Hadullo, Oboko and Omwenga, 2017);
moreover a wide coverage area ranging from 30km to 50km moreover the low cost of
wimax network deployment Thus, wimax is a great technology that works with real time,
non real time and is equipped with integrated audio and video.
WiMAX plans to give remote broadband Internet in a range of a few kilometers and is
planned basically for metropolitan systems (Guragain, 2016).
Umts is one of the parts of the third generation that was later developed as an integrated
network system that is characterized by high coverage to include the rural speaker as well
as urban areas and offices and institutions as well as being highly dynamic to meet the
wishes of users in different regions. As it supports multimedia applications for Video or
audio over the voip and of the maximum link limit down link 14.4 mbps in real time so it
became very important to know the amount of the difference between each of wimax and
umts to assess the quality of service and possible ways between the two models
(Guragain, 2016).
We consider so as to the categorization of QoS prerequisites are diverse for real-time As

giving QoS to versatile access turns out to be more testing with disabilities like time fluc-
tuation and flightiness of the channel, multipath blurring, shadowing, inactivity and bun-
dle misfortune by continuous handovers and restricted data transmission (Ana and Bukie,
2013). In this paper gives the proposed type of interworking building were designed be-
tween UMTS and WiMAX networks based on the quality of service (QoS), like: jitter,

Evaluation Research Methodology
The evaluation research’ goal is to highlight our examination system as a software for
taking exams and analyzing the results that we got from students. This software has the
selection test method which is multiple-choice test. An initial question for students was
applied -before taking their exams by our examination system- to collect information
about their experiments with the exams that they took using traditional ways such as paper
and pencil. After taking their exams using our examination system, the students have been
asked again about their experiment with this examination system.
The duration that this research has taken is 7 months, from October 2018 to June 2019,
and the examination system was applied for the first and the second semester according to
the Iraqi education system. There were 92 students who have taken their exams through
our examination system. The number of students that participated in this research
distributed as follows: 46 sophomore students and 46 senior students. And the materials
that this examination system has used for are Computer Network and Computer Software.
An initial exam has been taken by the students at the end of October 2018 to determine
the level of the students, and according to the results of this exam we divided the students
into two groups. One is the control group which has 46 students (23 sophomore students
and 23 senior students) and the other group which was the test group has also 46 students
(23 sophomore students and 23 senior students).
Results
In the first semester, we examed the students using the traditional way of examination and
after that we asked both groups – the control and the test group - their opinions about the
traditional exams. The more than 80 percent of students (80 students) said that the tradi-
tional exams were boring, dry, and intimidating. On the other hand, the rest of the stu-
dents (12 students) said that the traditional exams were comfortable, relaxing, and flexi-
ble. At the end of the first semester we examed the control group using the traditional ex-
amination way and the test group using our examination system. We gave both of them
the same questions of the exam. After the exam, we asked both groups their opinion about
the traditional and our exam regarding to stressful, difficulty, the preferences of
implementing our exam at the whole university, relaxing, flexibility, efficiency, time, and
cost. The results came as presented in Figure11.

Conclusion
The online exam system is becoming more and more popular. The benefits for students
are very encouraging. They surpass their weaknesses in most cases. The review system
offers new educational opportunities for different groups of people. It's the answer to the
changing world of education. The results of this research support the belief that students
are ready for this kind of knowledge. It has been showed that the proposed system
outperforms traditional system about to 80%.
