SPECIFICATION – CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

1. Specification Section 323113:

a. Subpart 1.05, delete paragraph (D) in its entirety.

b. Delete Subpart 2.14 in its entirety.

c. Delete Subpart 2.15 in its entirety.

d. Delete Subpart 2.16 in its entirety.

2. Schedule of Submittals (Appendix):

a. Specification Section 323113, delete the three “QCS”-type submittals for Test Reports,

Certificates, and Furnishing of security coils.

CONSTRUCTION WORK DRAWINGS

3. Drawing G-002

a. General Note 15: Delete the words “CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR” and replace

with “ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.”

b. Add new General Note 17: “EXISTING UTILITIES SHALL BE ASSUMED TO HAVE

THE FOLLOWING DEPTHS BELOW GRADE: WATER MAINS AND SERVICES –

FIVE (5) FEET; ELECTRICAL AND SIGNAL – TWO (2) FEET.”

4. Drawing C-300

a. Replace Drawing C-300 with the attached C-300, with Revision Date 1/4/2018.

5. Drawing C-500

a. Schedule of Sizes for Chain Link Fencing table, replace Diameter of Line Post size with

2-1/2” (previously 3”).

a. Part Site Plan: The configuration of site components shall be as shown in C-200. Details

1/E-101, 2/E-101, 3/E-101, and 4/E-101 still apply to trench details into the 15KV switch,

between the 15KV switch and pad-mounted transformer, between the pad-mounted

transformer and electrical enclosure, and between electrical enclosure and Bar Screen

Building, respectively. The Single Line Diagram shows the relative configuration of

electrical equipment.
