priorities were set, it became easy to start the re"set up of the
section as per the rulesand regulations of the organi&ation and

the system was set according to available man power. 6orexample,
the process of identification of the pensioner was changed
according to system. Inold method there was no system
identification done, only manual procedure was followed.

employees of the department. The informationreceived from different
employees at different hierarchical posts gives the broader view of
thedata at each stage.The interviews were taken of the employees
working in the pension section about theold system, its procedures,
difficulties faced in old system, expectations from new
system,knowledge about new system.Their views were recorded about
the newly introduced I6)$ system. The difficultiesfaced to accept
the new system.The secondary data source is the files and old
system logs and data available withthe office. The manual for new
