Hip mobilityHip mobility
If our hips are mobile then we can reduce the risk of groin injuries.
Lack of strength will affect our balance and ability to get in and out of the corners efficiently.
Be observant & aware of tightness/pain/recurring injuries
Advise the player to be assessed & screened
Incorporate good hip exercises into their warm-up
