Food Service
• Turn-Key dining facilities include management, staffing, TISA draws, food storage, preparation and serving as well as modular kitchen assemblies compliant with safety and sanitation guidelines
• Climate controlled dining for 50 - 5,000 plus soldiers per meal
• 14 or 21 day rotating menu
• Overseen by trained chefs (Certified Food Handlers and Supervisors)
• Operated IAW AR 30-22, Army Food Service Program, MCRP 4-11.8A Marine Corps Field Feeding Program
Containerized Kitchens
• Capable of serving over 1,500 persons per
meal in the 4 unit configuration
• Completely self contained
• All stainless steel interior
• Equipped with lighting, exhaust hoods, fire
suppression, HVAC, and complete kitchen
with refrigeration and dry storage.
Containerized Showers
• Each unit has 6 individual shower stalls with integrated changing areas.

• Easily adaptable to existing municipal water and sewer systems or can operate from on-site tanks

Water & Wastewater
• Base camp infrastructure includes a water distribution system to support kitchens, showers, laundries, lavatories, and other camp requirements.
• All water related equipment is NSF61 potable water rated and water quality testing is performed weekly IAW TB Med 577, FM 21-10 and MCRP 4-11.1D.
• Wastewater is routed to onsite approved sewer locations or collected in tanks via enclosed macerator pumps and piping systems.
• If an onsite sewer is not available, all wastewater is transported offsite via sealed vacuum tankers and disposed of at a permitted disposal facility.
• Onsite Potable Water Treatment (ROWPU) and onsite wastewater treatment (FAST) systems.

Power Generation
• Diesel/JP8 powered generators, distribution, and fuel, are provided to power all related equipment and facilities.
• All equipment is NEMA 3R rated for outdoor use and installed by trained electrical technicians in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Distribution and additional outlets are routed as required by facility and site configuration as required by client.
• Diesel/JP8 powered generators, distribution, and fuel, are provided to power all related equipment and facilities.
• All equipment is NEMA 3R rated for outdoor use and installed by trained electrical technicians in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC).

• Relatively flat.• Ground type - Asphalt, Grass, roads, how
does the ground handle rain or snow?• Internal accessibility for service trucks (fuel,
gray and backwater, food service trucks)• Drainage: any low areas or areas that
potentially flood.
