• Executive Orders 13171 , Hispanic Employment in the Federal Government;

• EO 13583 , Establishing a Coordinated Government-Wide Initiative to Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Workforce;

Hispanic Plan Goals• To ensure that the VA workforce is diverse, high performing

and reflective of all segments of the Hispanic community.

• To ensure that the VA workplace is inclusive of Hispanic Americans and that work environments leverage diversity and empower all contributors.

• To facilitate outstanding public service and stakeholder relations through effective leadership and accountability.
