Black Lightning (2009, Kiselev, Voytinskiy) Oct. 7 Putin’s Kiss (2011, Pedersen) Oct. 28 A documentary which tracks the life and disillusionment of Masha, a young spokesperson for the Russian youth organization Nashi. In the sequel to the 2010 film Yolki, comedy once again ensues when old and new collide on New Year's Eve Yolki 2 (2011, Baranov, Gabriadze) Nov. 18 All films shown in Russian language with English subtitles ***This series is held in conjunction with Russian 3460. All film screenings will be Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm in Mendenhall Lab 115
