Nature and Extent of involvement of Faculty and students in academic affairs/ improvements

• Faculty members are members of the various bodies such as Executive Council, Finance Committee and Academic Council.

• Students are also represented in Academic Council and University Court

• Students are also consulted in various academic and administrative activities.

• All academic matters are decided at various Committees starting from

• Similarly, all administration and financial matters are decided at various Committees as follows: Executive Council Finance Committee.

• There are various committees such as grievance cell, internal complaint committee, SC/ST cell, to look into the student’s complaint.

• In addition, all statutory officers including HOD’s, Deans, VC, etc are accessible to students and their complaints are duly registered and action taken

thereof.

f. Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/ Faculty performance

• Student feedback forms as per NAAC are duly filled and action taken thereof at the appropriate level.

• Student’s can always represent online and offline to various statutory officers.

g. Grievance Redressal mechanism for Faculty, staff and students

• Grievance cell has been duly constituted while standing committee to check sexual harassment against women via Endorsement no. EN-10/2020/M-

144/9150-58 dated 19/10/2020.

• In addition SC/ST cell look into the complaints against SC/ST.

• In addition, various cells for grievance redressal of students are also existed at Dept. level.
