students and the faculty of AEC ECE are bringing out the Volume-II

magazine, MILESTONE. As I understand, this magazine is intended

to bring out the hidden literary talents in the students and the

teachers and also to inculcate leadership skills among them.

The outside world will come to know about the caliber of the

students and the faculty through this medium. Keeping this in

mind, I expect the contributions to this magazine to be of very high

standard and quality.

Dear Readers,

I feel privileged in presenting the second issue of our department magazine. I

About DepartmentThe department of ECE was established in 2001 with an intake of 60 students in the UG programme. The intake was enhanced to 90 in 2005. In the year 2007 an additional intake of 30 was sanctioned, next in the year 2011 intake was extended to 180. The department also runs Post Graduate programme, M.Tech (VLSI System Design), which started from year 2007 with an intake of 18 students, and Post Graduate programme, M.Tech(Embedded Systems) started from year 2008 with an intake of 18 students, and another PG course, M.Tech(Electronics and Communication Engineering) with an intake of 18 was sanctioned in the year 2011. The department has highly qualified and experienced faculty.The department has good infrastructural facilitates and is equipped with full-fledged laboratories. The department also has audio-visual facilities with one LCD and two OHP’s for effective teaching. The staff members are deputed to participate in workshops, conferences, and refresher courses to keep in pace with recent developments in the field of Electronics & Communications Engineering.The Department is Accredited by AICTE-NBA.Department visionOur vision is to develop the department into a full-fledged centre of learning in various fields of Electronics & Communication Engineering keeping in view the latest developmentsDepartment MissionThe Mission of the department is to turn out full-fledged Engineers in the field of Electronics Communication Engineering with an overall background suitable for making a successful career either in industry/research or higher education in India and abroad. LTE (telecommunication)LTE, an acronym for Long Term Evolution, marketed as 4G LTE, is a standard for wireless communication of high-speed data for mobile phones and data terminals. It is based on the GSM/EDGE and UMTS/HSPA network technologies, increasing the capacity and speed using a different radio interface together with core network improvements. The standard is developed by the 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) and is specified in its Release 8 document series, with minor enhancements described in Release 9. The world's first publicly available LTE service was launched by TeliaSonera in Stockholm and Oslo on December 14, 2009. LTE is the natural upgrade path for carriers with both GSM/UMTS networks and CDMA networks such as Verizon Wireless, who launched the first large-scale LTE network in North America in 2010,[4][5] and au by KDDI in Japan have announced they will migrate to LTE. Airtel launched the LTE service in India in April 2012. LTE is, therefore, anticipated to become the first truly global mobile phone standard, although the different LTE frequencies and bands used in different countries will mean that only multi-band phones will be able to use LTE in all countries where it is supported.Although marketed as a 4G wireless service, LTE (as specified in the 3GPP Release 8 and 9 document series) does not satisfy the technical requirements the 3GPP consortium has adopted for its new standard generation, and which were originally set forth by the ITU-Rorganization in its IMT-Advanced specification. However, due to marketing pressures and the significant advancements that WIMAX,HSPA+ and LTE bring to the original 3G technologies, ITU later decided that LTE together with the aforementioned technologies can be called 4G technologies. The LTE Advanced standard formally satisfies the ITU-R requirements to be considered IMT-Advanced. And to differentiate LTE Advanced and WiMAX-Advanced from current 4G technologies, ITU has defined them as "True 4G".

Robert Dennard (born September 5, 1932) is an American electrical engineer and inventor.Dennard was born in Terrell, Texas, U.S.. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, in 1954 and 1956, respectively. He earned a Ph.D. from Carnegie Institute of Technology in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1958. His professional career was spent as a researcher for International Business Machines.In 1968, he invented dynamic random access memory (DRAM). Dennard was also among the first to recognize the tremendous potential of downsizing MOSFETs. The scaling theory he and his colleagues formulated in 1974 postulated that MOSFETs continue to function as voltage-controlled switches while all key figures of merit such as layout density, operating speed, and energy efficiency improve – provided geometric dimensions, voltages, and doping concentrations are consistently scaled to maintain the same electric field. This property underlies the achievement of Moore's Law and the evolution of microelectronics over the last few decades.

Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar, FRS ( October 19, 1910 – August 21, 1995), was an Indian-American astrophysicist who, with William A. Fowler, was awarded the 1983 Nobel Prize for Physics for key discoveries leading to the currently accepted theory on the later evolutionary stages of massive stars. The Chandrasekhar limit is named after him.

Chandrasekhar in distinct periods worked in various areas including stellar structure, theory of white dwarfs, stellar dynamics, theory of radiative transfer, quantum theory of the negative ion of Hydrogen, hydrodynamic and hydromagnetic stability, equilibrium and the stability of ellipsoidal figures of equilibrium, general relativity, mathematical theory of black holes and theory of colliding gravitational waves.

Chandrasekhar studied at Presidency College, Madras and University of Cambridge. He served on the University of Chicago faculty from 1937 until his death in 1995 at the age of 84.

Chandrasekhar married Lalitha Doraiswamy in September 1936. He had met her as a fellow student at Presidency College, Madras.

Chandrasekhar was the nephew of Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman, who was awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1930.

He became a naturalized citizen of the United States in 1953.

Sound is the most vital element that Nature invented this because of this important element that Universal realities come true. This world has been begun with the profound sound and will end with the unique one too soon as per promise of Lord Almighty. Nature is the source of light to world which can establish the way of optimism towards the original goal but so far the materialist world not honoring the same. The opportunities besides are the witness that this seen world is covered of unseen world and unseen world is much stronger than the conventional, connectional and perceptional Truth beyond reach. As this is also calculated by nature that humans superseded by those instinctive needed and feeder thoughts which nature has bestowed the action beyond the control of nature are the actions which can not be justified but the wrong ones and that laid down the realities and Truth nonetheless far long. ‘’ Sound is the Voice of nature, sometimes melodies that one can do nothing but just simply enchanted by it ,sometimes soul taking that one can easily be the part of horrible reality that can take breath away

The voice of nature mostly stays the soothing win the waves of air and

light but it’s another side must shown in the darkness and weirdness. This

is reality and Truth of Nature and always manifested and two fold with

two ways, rays acknowledgment’’.

Nature is destined and pre-defined it can be imitated little but mostly

stays instinctive and calculated as suggested. It can be nurse it can

nurturing it can resemble, it can be mirror to the acts. But it can be

violent as well. When ever we have to calculate the identities or realities

of nature we must cross parallel in scale the both sides.

Pre-Nature is that Nature is pre-defined and well revealing itself it is

under curtains yet it explores and reveals itself to outside to every

breathing creatures. To realize and understand the beginning is most vital

evidence to the on going process and the ending. Where there is

beginning there is ending as well.

Pre-evident, pre-realized, elevating and elating Nature is the forecast of

its own reflection. It does not need any image to beautify or purify the

dignity of its’ own but it is pre-destined that it contains the breathing on

the phase of earth through inventing creatures of different species.

Consciously or unconsciously Nature is revealing and makes speech in the

nature wide areas of hills, mountains and greenly lands. It is truly very

close to human to talk with and to educate the topics Nature like itself.

The purpose to compose the lyrics for Nature is own realization that

nature is the pre-defined and EVER LIVING and EVER SUSTAINING reality

that just be known to those who spare time to peep in themselves.

I feared being alone, until I learned to like myself.

I feared failure, until I realized that I only fail when I don't try.

I feared success, until I realized that I had to try in order to be happy with myself.

I feared people's opinions, until I learned that

people would have opinions about me

anyway.

I feared rejection until; I learned to have faith in myself.

I feared pain until I learned that it's necessary for growth. I feared the truth, until I

saw the ugliness in lies.

I feared life, until I experienced its beauty.

I feared death, until I realized that it's not an end, but a beginning.

I feared my destiny, until I realized that I had the power to change my life.

I feared hate, until I saw that it was nothing more than ignorance.

I feared love, until it touched my heart, making the darkness fade

into endless sunny days.

I feared ridicule, until I learned how to laugh at myself.

I feared growing old, until I realized that I gained wisdom every

day. I feared the future, until I realized that life just kept getting

better. I feared the past, until I realized that it could no longer hurt

me.

I feared the dark, until I saw the beauty of the starlight.

I feared the light, until I learned that the truth would give me strength.

I feared change, until I saw that even the most beautiful butterfly had to undergo a

metamorphosis before it could fly.
