Division Sports Fest = July - September, 2018 = September 3 -14,2018 = October 1 - 16, 2018 = November 12 - 16, 2018 2. The organization of teams and the process of selection of athletes shall be held after class hours. Inter- school competitions may be conducted in the district!municipallEDDIS levels so as to reduce the size of the delegation for the division level meet. In determining the composition of delegations to these competitions, District Supervisors, and Secondary School Principals, should only include the competitors, coaches, chaperons and officiating personnel. 3. Enclosure No.1 contains the List of Sports Events with the maximum number of coaches, chaperons, athletes, etc. per delegation while Enclosure No 2 is the Guidelines for the 2018 Provincial Athletic Meet. 4. There will be two (2) divisions to which pupil/student athletes may participate: 4.1 ELEMENTARY DIVISION - Only elementary school pupils, both public and private, who played in the lower meet/s can participate. Athletes should be born on or before 2006. 4.2 SECONDARY DIVISION - Only secondary school athletes, both public and private, who played in the lower meet!s can participate. Athletes should be born on or before 2001. 5.
