In the Zafiro dental unit, you can appreciate the maximum integration of the technical resources expected of equipment of this level, designed and manufactured to facilitate the work of the dentist.

Integrated resources on the primary and secon-dary equipment, in the chair and in the water su-pply system to ensure and facilitate the work of the dentist and his assistant in different positions and when using various methods of work. The Za-firo Dental Unit is available in the whiparm/conti-nental, hanging hoses and mobile unit versions.

The Zafiro dental unit features active and passive safety systems in all the parts of the main and secon-dary parts of the equipment to protect patients and the medical teams.

In addition, it has been fitted with continuous clea-ning and disinfecting systems in:

ZafiroDental unitThe assistant’s position includes a tray with four holders mounted on an articulated arm that makes it possible to place it in a wide range of positions.

The bowl of the water supply system, made of tempered glass, rotates 180º for the better handling of the as-sistant and to make it easier for pa-tients to rinse their mouths. The co-lour of the bowl can be combined with the colour of the upholstery.

The assistant’s position can rotate on its horizontal and vertical axes. It fea-tures a safety system in case of any accidental collision with peripheral elements.

Height adjustable and double ar-ticulation headrest. Its ergonomics allow patients to place their heads in the ideal position for the doctor to work. Independent control panel integrated into the main tray, from which all the information of the unit is controlled and viewed, including the parameters of the micromotor (speed, torque, light, direction of rotation, etc.) and ultrasonic scaler (general functions, endo and perio).

The Zafiro dental unit, with a current design, pleasant shapes and a modern display, integrates all the neces-sary functions in the practice of modern dentistry.

Its basic components:

•Programmable electromechanical system, up-down movements and compensated Trendelenburg position.

•Integrated safety systems when lowering the chair, the backrest and whenever the instruments are in rotation mode.

•Thechaircanbecontrolledfromthemaintrayorfrom the multi-purpose foot pedal.

•Thedentalunithasabasewithaninnovativedesign that allows the chair to move down all the way, thus making it easier for patients to sit on it.

All the functional components of the Zafiro dental unit feature a unique architectural de-sign, which makes the dental unit easy to control, allows its comfortable use in all positions for the doctor and a comfortable experience for pa-tients sitting in the chair.

It integrates the latest technology in induction mi-cromotors, as well as other standard instruments used on a daily basis.

The water supply system is equipped with all the necessary safety and hygiene sys-tems (instrument descontamination, suc-tion hose cleaning system, hot water for the bowl, etc.). Its size allows the installa-tion any type of suction system (wet, dry, amalgam separators, etc.).

The bowl and faucet unit includes a re-movable bowl for better cleaning and greater hygiene. The colour of the bowl can be combined with the colour of the upholstery.

Multifunction foot pedal to control the instrumentation and the movements of the chair.

It is possible to provide the main tray with hanging hoses. There is a control centre si-milar to a dashboard that is independent but integrated into the tray that controls the entire dental unit and displays all the necessary information.

The mobile unit, which consists of an ins-trument tray with a hanging hoses sys-tem and an independent control panel to control all the unit’s functions, has a complete pneumatic/electric set of ins-truments and a top instrument tray.

The unit is mounted on wheels, provi-ding easy and lightweight handling as well as a wide range of movements, in-cluding interesting height adjustments to place it in any working position requi-red by the operator.
