®Ladipur RSD liq
Dye bath conditioner and excellent washing off agent with dispersing and sequestering power.
Properties
• A phosphate-free, polymer based product with dispersing properties.
• Is non-foaming and hence very suitable for jet and soft flow machines.
• Has good sequestering properties and prevents Ca and Mg ions from fibre and water from interfering with the dyeing. Essential additive in pretreatment and dyeing in hard water.
• Is an excellent soaping agent for reactives and vats.
• Iron binding

Dispersing agent for denim fabric with indigo and sulphur dyes. Lyocol W2S pdr. is anionic dispersing agent suitable and cellulosics with vat-acid process.
Properties
• Compatible with all anionic and nonionic auxiliaries.• Stabilizes dye dispersions and helps to increase the
standard of fastness and the levelness of the dyeings.• It has virtually no retarding effect on vat and disperse dyes.• Prevents precipitation or filtration of the dyes.
Applications
Vat dyesStock Vat The stability of stock vats can be improved considerably by adding 10 - 15 ml/l Lyocol W2S pdr. The product must be added to the dye dispersion before it is vatted. An addition of Lyocol W2S pdr is strongly advised in the vatting of highly concentrated powder and paste grades containing very little dispersing agent.
Jig dyeing4 ml/l Lyocol W2S pdr is added to improve the stability of the dye liquor. Lyocol W2S pdr prevents vat acid stains.
