Our Corporate Objectives We have spoken to more than 1,500 local businesses, to ensure our investments match business priorities

• Support the growth of existing businesses

• Provide direct support, to start-ups, to help them survive and then grow

• Improve skill levels in the county and support the development of a skilled workforce

• Attract inward investment into the county

• Supports the Strategic Economic Plan - increase GVA by £2.9bn and created 25,000 extra jobs by 2025

EU Business Support Programme

• Over £10m programme, part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, available until Sept 2019.

• A range of dynamic business support and grants which are aimed to help businesses to start up, grow, innovate and expand in Worcestershire.

• Grants from £1,000 up to £50,000 can be accessed for capital and revenue projects.

• These projects will create in excess of 1,000 new jobs supporting over 2000 local companies.
