Fee waived if determined unsafe by Town of Jupiter 6. Asbestos Notification Statement completed NOTE: Prior to demolition all utility services must be disconnected Separate permits are required for reconstruction. Impact fee credits must be applied for prior to issuance of new building permits or credit will be forfeited. Request form must be completed and submitted to Palm Beach County for approval.
