Does democratic leadership signify weak leadership ability?

NO

President of the United States of America Abraham Lincon had once said –Is a system which is “of the people, by the people for the people”.

If we analyze the definition to its simples degree, it unfolds before our eyes, a system marked by its absence of “fountainhead of power”.

A system which distributes authority among its components in various proportion and also provides channels for the exercise of such authority for the accomplishment of a common goal.

DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP

☛In which the authority ofdecision making is vestedon multiple centres of power.

☛The act of leadership isaccomplished through Collective efforts of all the members involved in the process and each decision being an output of the integrated wisdom of the system as a whole.

WHY ?? Democratic Leadership

✈The true strength of a system depends upon the strength of components which constitute it.

✈And as it distributes the authority of decision makingOver its various components , the core of the system stands secure, enjoying the support of its various subordinate Functional units.

✈The system of Democracy ensures that the best among the individuals emerges as the leader.

✈Because before securing the core of the system, the individual is required to pass the acid test of sanction of its components.

✈It reduces the chances of taking wrong decision . Even if the system core is deviated from its preset goal or objective, the subordinate components acts as effective checks and are instrumental in bringing about a corrective effect.
