Knowledge Center The Demisto Knowledge Center is a dynamic source
of up-to-date product FAQs, tips, instruction, and troubleshooting that users can access to extract
lasting value from their Demisto deployment.
Playbooks: The Demisto team will have an instructional remote session with your organization. The session will cover aspects of playbook building and customization while keeping Demisto’s best practices in mind.
Training: For both initial and ongoing training, Demisto will provide access to a Learning Management System comprised of multiple dedicated learning paths for security analysts, SOAR engineers, and Demisto administrators respectively. If there is an onsite requirement for Demisto’s services, your organization will be responsible for travel expenses.
