This research study used predicting techniques and statistical theory considered of exponential smoothing method with seasonal and trend characteristics. It was found that, the most appropriate predicting model for 24 months was winter’s additive with MAPE 7.281 and simple seasonal model, MAPE 28.203 and winter’s multiplicative model with MAPE 29.164, respectively. Abstract The objective of this research is to find the appropriate predictive model for rice berry
demand by using the monthly rice berry selling data, which is time series from the year of 2015-
2017, in case study of the organic rice community entrepreneur in songkhla province to predict
the model of the rice berry demand 24 months.
