Our Solution Delysium developed “The 55 Hour Party” to re-launch Parc 55 Dubbed ‘the longest party of the year,’ the 55 hour launch occurred over 3 three days and nights with a variety of events and marketing stunts targeting different members of the design, fashion, art, media, corporate and social communities.

“Room with a View” Marketing Stunt
o To showcase the hotel’s newly redesigned rooms, Delysium built an actual replica of a Parc 55 hotel room and displayed it prominently for 55 hours in the middle of downtown’s high traffic Union Square.
o To bring the room the life, actors lived as hotel guests inside the hotel room installation; the actors worked, did yoga, watched TV, enjoyed room service, and slept while on display in front of thousands of potential clients.
o The 55 Hour countdown clock lived inside the room

Parc 55: VIParc
o To appeal to the business and upscale traveler, Delysium produced a VIP evening showcasing the Presidential Suites on the 32nd floor.
o Each guest room featured a different attraction (game room, relaxation/massage room, cigar rolling room, wine tasting room, scotch room, etc.) to offer a flair for the Parc 55 lifestyle.
o Delysium also built a Sky Bar inspired lounge with cabanas atop the never-before-used-roof of the building for VIP’s to enjoy the spectacular 360 degree views of SF.

Parc 55: Fashionably Loud
o As a grand finale to the 55 hour party, Delysium produced an epic, high-end fashion show titled “Fashionably Loud.”
o The 30 minute fashion show featured both established and up and coming local SF designers and retailers as well as local performing artists and dancers.
o Immediately after the fashion show, the guests were invited to the after-party to enjoy drinks, food, and dancing in the main adjoining ballroom.
o The event was dubbed a “cant miss it party” and “success on all accounts” by the press.
