An effective cellulite treatment must address all 3 structural issues: stiffened fibrous septae, bulging fat, and thin skin. Cellulaze is the first minimally invasive laser treatment which uses SideLaze technology to attack all three in just one treatment.

First laser energy is applied to adipose tissue, creating microbubbles at the tip of the SideLaze fiber to heat and disrupt the bulging pockets of fat. The laser energy is highly absorbed which efficiently breaks up the tissue and quickly disrupts the fat.
Next, the SideLaze fiber is used to thermally subcise the septal bands which pull down on the skin and create the dimpling effect. The release of the septae bands creates smoother looking skin.
Lastly, the SideLaze laser energy is directed upward to gently heat the skin. The heat coagulates the collagen and promotes the growth of new collagen.
Best results can be seen 3 months post procedure after new collagen is created, increasing skin thickness and elasticity.
