United Building DCTC WLL was formed in 2006 by a group of engineers and entrepre-

neurs. It was incorporated in the year 2006 as a Trading And Contracting firm to cater

in one company. We had completed various projects with Government bodies (Qatar

Armed Forces, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Awqaf), Semi Governmental bodies (Gulf

Ware Housing Company), Private bodies (Villas, Palaces) by this past eight years.

Presently we have vast experience in Building Construction with all disciplines in cons-

truction covered to provide an aesthetical and structural masterpiece on every time of

committment.

A 2–Storey Building project undertaken by United Building from Qatar Armed Forces projects for which UB has been designated as the main contractor.

The project consists of a G + 1 reinforced concrete framed structure, 50.50m x 18.50m in dimen-sion. The soldiers barrack floor plan will include 13 dormitory rooms and associated with bathrooms, pantry, stores, electrical and mechanical room in each floors. UB scope involves all disciplines in relation to the completion of the project plus the external work. It also includes dismantling of the existing fence prior to the commencement of work for the construction, and restoration and rectification of damaged surface surrounding the building, respectively.

This Pre Engineered Building of Size 30m x 42.65m which approximately comes to 1,280m2, has a height of 8m at it s eaves. The work refers to the design, construction, completion and maintenan-ce of the Pre-fabricated hanger. The work also includes earthworks, substructure, concrete works, structural steel works, blockworks, roofing works, carpentry and joinery, metal works, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, plumbing and engineering installations, electrical installations, painting & decorating and external works consisting of site grading/preperation, interlock pavers and infras-tructure services.

Project Overview:A Single Storey Building with multi purpose hall project undertaken by United Building from Qatar Armed Forces projects for which UB has been designated as the main contractor.

The project consists of a reinforced concrete framed structure with steel trusses with an approxi-mate floor area of 3090m2. The project consist of multipurpose hall, office rooms, cafeteria and many more utility rooms. The project consist of a Substation, Landscaping (Hard & Soft) etc.

Project Overview:

For this Qatar Armed Forces project build within the vicinity of the Intelligence Services Camp, UB was awarded as the main contractor for the Construction, Completion and Maintenance of the 2-Storey reinforced concrete framed structure.

The UB group carried out scope of works in all discipline in accordance with the drawings and speci-fications with respect to the approval of the Project Engineer. External works includes landscaping for both exterior and interior for the courtyard and green area within the building.
