The Defense Health Agency (DHA)
• Enables the Army, Navy, and Air Force medical services to provide a medically ready force and ready medical force to Combatant Commands in both peacetime and wartime

The updated Vendor Engagement process allows the DHA to remove the subjectivity and bias out of the equation and focus directly on the results and impact to the Enterprise. That equation is driven by the why, the what, the where and the how.
