The draft RFP applies both to indigenous and foreign procurement cases

The main difference will be in the selection of relevant ‘Special Condition Clauses’ from those given in Part-IV of the draft RFP

Provisions of Chap 4 & 7/DPM would be relevant for indigenous procurements

Chap 9 & 10/DPM would be relevant for foreign procurements
