Are you running away from God?

This is the truthIf we turn things upside downYou can't hope for your life to changeI would be lying to you if I said thatyou have a great future ahead That you can recover from past mistakes That your life can be filled with joyThat you can have a deep sense of purposeMore than anything you must know Human beings cannot accomplish these things And I am convinced of this because I know you All you are capable of is failure You have made a complete mess of your life andI refuse to believe under any circumstances that

You can turn things around in the coming years

You may think your life is bad now but There is much more to comeYou have only one destiny And whether you like it or not  This is what is realI am the Lord, Your God   

You should know that I believe exactly the oppositeI am the Lord, Your God This is what is real And whether you like it or not You have only one destiny There is much more to come You may think your life is bad now but  You can turn things around in the coming yearsI refuse to believe under any circumstances that You have made a complete mess of your life and All you are capable of is failure  And I am convinced of this because I know you Human beings cannot accomplish these things  More than anything you must know  That you can have a deep sense of purpose That your life can be filled with joy That you can recover from past mistakes you have a great future ahead 

I would be lying to you if I said that

You can't hope for your life to changeIf you turn things upside downThis is the truth

Galatians 5 (in The Message)

1 Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you.2 I am emphatic about this. The moment any one of you submits to circumcision or any other rule-keeping system, at that same moment Christ’s hard-won gift of freedom is squandered. I repeat my warning4 I suspect you would never intend this, but this is what happens. When you attempt to live by your own religious plans and projects, you are cut off from Christ, you fall out of grace. 13 It is absolutely clear that God has called you to a free life. 16 My counsel is this: Live freely, animated and motivated by God’s Spirit. 25-26 Since this is the kind of life we have chosen, the life of the Spirit, let us make sure that we do not just hold it as an idea in our heads or a sentiment in our hearts, but work out its implications in every detail of our lives. That means we will not compare ourselves with each other as if one of us were better and another worse. We have far more interesting things to do with our lives. Each of us is an original.

2 Corinthians 3

12Therefore,since we have such a hope, we are very bold. We are not like Moses with his veil.

17-18 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who will unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness (identity) with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

Freedom ReignsWhere the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. Lift your eyes to heaven there is freedom. (Lift your eyes) Lift your eyes to heaven there is freedom. 

Freedom reigns in this place, showers of Mercy and Grace. Falling on every face, there is freedom. If you’re tired and thirsty, there is freedom. If you’re tired and thirsty, there is freedom. Give your all to Jesus (Give your all) There is freedom. (ohh) Give your all to Jesus, there is freedom
