Dan is a co-founder of Decode and a creative at heart who loves simple and effective design. He’s a Multimedia Design graduate who felt the lure of digital early on. His critical thinking and keen eye for details oversees all the creative output of the agency and he works closely with our clients to make sure their needs and to create smart, effective and conceptual digital work. !You could describe Dan as a sci-fi lover, action figures-comics aficionado, baller, sneakerhead, and tech geek.

Mas Sulistiyo Branding Director

People know him as Tyo. He is a co-founder of Decode who is passionate in creative and loves simplicity. He’s a graphic and multimedia design graduate who is experienced in branding. Tyo works closely with our client to make sure that the brand strategy goes along with the company’s vision and mission, and being presented in an engaging, rational visual expressions. !Tyo is an Apple ‘evangelist’ and Manchester United fans who spends his leisure time watching anime and read manga.

D’la Clara Nindya Nan Insani Strategic Account Director

D'la is a co-founder of Decode who takes care of the whole communications within and outside the team. She was graduated from Brand Management Studies in The Netherlands then back in Jakarta when the digital era was just blooming in the country. Her supple character and interest in human insights drives her passion even more to connect with clients and potential businesses. !D'la is known as a gastronomic explorer, a learning cook, anime and sci-fi fans, and a constant apprentice of healthy lifestyle.
