Decision (Chelsea Partners v. Peckham)

This opinion holds that a landlord who wins the right to demolish a rent stabilized building must, after all appeals are exhausted, continue to comply with any obligation to offer to relocate the tenants. The landlord had refused to offer relocation after the tenant decided to appeal.
