M/S Decimin Control Systems Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Mr Ashok Atre, Chairman, of Transparent Group ofCompanies. The Transparent Group companies are leaders in the Thermal Products, Boilers and powergeneration systems. This is a Private Limited Company, registered under Companies Act in India, with nineShare holders.Manufacturing of Engine Exhaust Silencers begins.

2006Major product indigenization for Indian Naval Patrol & Warships undertaken. Company delivers first set ofproducts by year end.

2007 Product line expanded for sound-proofing of the Engine House and Engine Test Bed applications.

2009 New Product manufacturing - ME Exhaust Systems for Marine / Shipping Applications starts.

2010 New Product manufacturing – Gas Turbine Exhaust Systems starts. Product Line added with Vent Silencers.

2011 New manufacturing facility at Lonand starts operations.

2012The company office and Lonand factory is certified for ISO 9001 : 2008 for “Design, Manufacture, Supply & Installation of Noise Control Systems Including Silencers, Acoustic Enclosures & Marine Exhaust System”
