CIMARRON HILLS COMMUNITY UPDATES AND NEWS!

As the end of 2012 draws near...Cimarron Hills Development plans begin to take hold.

The Cimarron Hills Realty team would like to thank everyone who came to our member mixer and supported the introduction of Opus Homes to our community. After the event, the Opus Homes team commented on the politeness and increased excitement for building in the Cimarron Hills Community. Please feel free to stop by the Sales & Infor- mation Center to say”hi” and meet our new team. Our goal is to offer the best service and knowledge of the Cimarron Hills community to everyone who has questions.

The Villa project is underway! Over the next month you will see the curbs and gutters completed and paving of the roads. A model home will be underway shortly thereafter. These homes will be 1545 - 2700 square feet and will offer all of the nice luxuries of Cimarron Hills living, only smaller in size and maintenance.

Fairways at Cimarron Hills have received a recorded final plat and can move forward. Over the next month, you will see the beginnings of model homes and hopefully a few SOLD signs on some of the lots. These homes will be 2100 - 4800 square feet with many beautiful options. Plans should be released over the next few weeks and we will look forward to hosting another member mixer to introduce them to our community and membership.
