BODYCOMBAT™/BODYCOMBAT™EXPRESS:This fiercely energetic program
is done in a 60 or30 minute format. It is inspired by martial
artsand draws from a wide array of disciplines suchas Karate,
boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi andMuay Thai. Supported by driving
music andpowerful role model instructors strike, punch,kick and
kata your way through calories tosuperior cardio fitness.
BODYPUMP™/BODYPUMP™EXPRESS: Thisbarbell class is done in a 60 or
30 minute format.This is the original barbell class thatstrengthens
your entire body. The workoutchallenges all your major muscle
groups byusing the best weightroom exercises like squats,presses,
lifts and curls. Great music, awesomeinstructors and your choice of
weight inspireyou to get the results you came for – and fast!
BOOTCAMP: This class incorporates cardio,strength, interval,
circuit, agility, plyometricsand body weight training to improve
cardio,stamina, reduce body fat, and create lean
muscle.Participants commence each workout withrunning and dynamic
stretching before movingon to more explosive, intense workouts.
HIIT n roll: This high intensity interval trainingclass is
designed to challenge your strength &aerobic endurance. 40 min
of HIIT 20 min oftrigger point Foam Rolling
HIIT: 30 MINUTES OF HIGH INTENSITY INTERVALTRAINING.
LIIT: In this class you will increase strength,aerobic endurance
& core conditioning.Multiple pieces of equipment will be used
alongwith bodyweight training.
GRIT™: 30 minutes of high-intensity intervaltraining (HIIT). The
HIIT training effect means youwill burn calories for hours after
the workout.You will increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch
muscle fibers & grow lean muscle tissue.
STRONG by Zumba®/STRONG30: Combines highintensity interval
training with the science ofsynced music motivation. In every
class, music &moves sync in a way that pushes you past
yourperceived limits, to reach your fitness goalsfaster.
CXWORX: in this 30 minute class it's all aboutbuilding core
strength, improving functionalfitness of the abdominals,
mid-section, and glutes,as well as working the cross-slings, which
runfrom the upper to lower body. Basically, CXWORXtargets
everything from the mid-thigh up to theshoulders, which is an area
also known as yourtrunk.
SILVER STRONG: Low impact cardio movementsalong with light
weight training to tone &sculpt your body. All while developing
betterbalance & movement.
SPINNING®
SPINNING®: The Spinning® program is anindividually paced,
non-competitive, grouptraining program designed for all ages
andfitness levels. Each bike is equipped with anadjustable
resistance knob, which allows eachstudent to select his/her own
level of intensity.
interval ride: this ride is designed to challengeyour aerobic
endurance thru intervals of hardwork with a recovery period. The
heart pumpingmusic will keep you going! All levels welcome
FRIDAY HILLS: This ride is designed tobuild your strength while
climbing hills andworking the down hills as your active
recovery.
ROAD RIDE: Looking for a ride thatsimulates a true road journey?
Look no further!An avid cyclist will take you on a strong,
steadyride that is just like an outdoor journey
SPINNING EXPRESS: In this 30 minute expressspin you will get you
heart pumping and burncalories to feel energized throughout the
day.
SPINTENSITY: This challenging 60 minuteworkout will help you
increase your strength,endurance & cardiovascular fitness.
Intervaltraining including tabats to help you bringyour training to
a new level. The last 15 minutesof class you will do band work to
tighten & toneyour upper body.
VIDEO RIDE: Enjoy a journey with scenic viewsprovided on movie
theater screen in thisexciting class.
WEEKEND RIDE: 45 minute heart pumping spinclass. You will be
lead through a series of Sprints,Hills, Jumps, Flats and Down Hills
to heartpumping music to keep you going for the rest ofthe
weekend!
WELLNESS
BARRE: A Pilates based class that combines bootysculpting barre
work. This full body workoutwill utilize the barre, some light
weights and matbased core work.
GENTLE/FLOW & RESTORE: a class thatcombines a warming
vinyasa flow with a sweetand relaxing restorative yoga practice
thatwill cultivate deeper physical opening, healingand a meditative
mindset.
CARDIO SCULPT: During this low impact classyou will burn fat,
tone and shape your bodyusing a variety of fitness equipment. All
fitnesslevels welcome!
TIGHTEN & TONE YOGA: by incorporatingexercise bands into the
yoga practice this classseeks to load muscles in all ranges of
motion,improving functionality in muscles & jointswhile
creating a leaner, firmer, sculpted body.
ALIGN & FLOW YOGA: IN THIS BALANCED PRACTICE,POSES WILL BE
HELD A BIT LONGER TO EMPHASIZESTRENGTH, STABILITY, & OPTIMAL
ALIGNMENT. WEWILL MOVE THROUGH HEAT-BUILDING SEQUENCESDESIGNED TO
FIRE UP THE CORE, TAKING OUR TIMETO REFINE THE POSES & SLOW
DOWN THE BREATH. THIS CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS.
GENTLE/SUNRISE YOGA: By slowing down theVinyasa practice, the
breath is never lost andalways the center of focus. Gentle
movementsand restorative postures will be incorporatedto help
release chronic tension, developstrength in the body and create
heat.
BOSU CORE STRENGTH: In this bosu based abclass, you will work on
flexibility, balance andcardio.
MEDITATION: THIS CLASS WILL USE TECHNIQUES-SUCH AS MINDFULNESS,
FOCUSING THE MIND ON APARTICULAR OBJECT, THOUGHT, OR ACTIVITY -

CHAIR YOGA: This simple practice helps youmeet & release
tension, build strength &mobility with ease & stability,
& develop a deeperrelationship with how you move, all
whileworking with an integrated connection tobreath. We work from a
chair as well asstanding, & this thoughtful format gives
spacefor adaptation & consideration for eachstudents'
limitations & abilities.
VINYASA YOGA: A challenging yet relaxingflow of asanas
connecting movement with thebreath. You’ll find balance, strength
andflexibility while learning how to breatheefficiently. Each
instructor brings adifferent style to the Vinyasa classes
offered.
POWER VINYASA: Flow Yoga is a powerful,energetic form of yoga
where students fluidlymove from one pose to the next
whileconnecting their breathing to theirmovements. This type of
yoga is taught to heatup the room, with our energies, which makes

for ages 5-8 with the goal ofgetting children moving in a fun and

KIDS YOGA: Guides children in exploring thepractice of yoga in a
fun, age-appropriate,creative & nurturing way. AGES 3-7
POOLWATER EXERCISE: Participants will gainmuscular strength by
using the resistance ofthe water & improve flexibility with
theweight-less movement. You do not have to be aswimmer to
