Welcome to Woman Unleashed Retreat. The intention of this retreat is to help you slow down, tune inwards, align with what’s most important to you and take action from that space.
This guidebook is a tool, a resource so you don’t need to take the retreat on your own. This can be as easy as calling up your girlfriend and inviting her over for a Woman Unleashed session or it can be as big as inviting women over for a full day.
This guidebook will give you some simple ways to make this retreat more amazing. Part of what we need for change is support. That is what calling a Woman Unleashed Circle is all about.

STEP 1: VISIONING
What do you want from a circle? Connection, support, fun, quiet?
How long do you want to meet? 1 hour? 3 hours? A half day? Full day? What feels yummiest to you?
How many do you want in circle? Your best friend? A group of ladies from the office? A couple hand selected women?
Where would you like to meet? A coffee house? Your living room? Outside at the park?
STEP 2: INVITING
This can be as simple as bringing it up to your friend when you see her next to picking up the phone or sending an email invitation.
Share why you want to do this, why you thought of her and when you’ll be gathering.
Maybe you’d like to find a woman who lives close taking the retreat as well. We have thousands of women from over 128 countries all over the world joining us. If you’re looking for someone nearby, just post in the Facebook group and say you’re looking for local sisters.

STEP 3: PREPARING Have the women you’ve invited sign up here: www.womanunleashedretreat.com so they have access to all the videos as well
Send them a list of materials they’ll need for the session you’re hosting.
If you are doing this at your home, ask your friends to bring drinks or snacks to share (dark chocolate is a favorite of mine).
Have the computer and session cued up ahead of time so you just need to hit play.
****IMPORTANT*** This is meant to be a retreat, so please do NOT create something that is going to stress you out. Ask for help. Ask for support. Make this fun for YOU.
STEP 4: GATHERING
You get to choose however you’d like to set up your gatherings. These are the most important pieces of any circle: 1) Watching the session 2) Connecting afterwards and sharing
The rest is up to you… food, drinks, length, candle, sage, sharing times, how many sessions you watch. Just keep in mind the intention is to slow down and tune inward. Hold that intention and have FUN!
