Matthew 9:36 We were praying for a 14 year old girl named Median a few weeks ago. Her mother brought her to a meeting I was preaching at. I noticed her during the service because she was at full manifestation from the minute she walked through the door. During the preaching she would manifest with outbursts, mostly repeating what I had just said. During the alter call her mother brought her forward to receive prayer. Her mother began to explain to us that she had only been like this for 6 weeks. She began to tell us all of the ways that Median was being tormented by the powers of darkness. Her mother couldn't control her. They weren't even mem- bers of the church. They came because their pastor was calling this a mental illness. The fact is that she be- gan hanging around the wrong friends, and doing things that ended up hurting her. She had been abused, was doing drugs, playing with Ouija board. She was hearing voices telling her to kill herself. While we were praying for her, I could see the real Median in her eyes, and she was so desperate and hope- less from the constant torment she was going through. The Lord broke my heart over this young girl. I felt His compassion for her. Many of us are about to be with family and friends we haven't seen all year. I challenge you to pray for the Holy Spirit to go before you and to lead you to minister to the ones you love who are hurting. Let the Lord fill you with His compassion. You may be the only Jesus they ever see and hear. I have found that almost no one turns down prayer when asked if I can pray for them. And almost everyone sheds a tear during the prayer. Be the light this Christmas to your family and friends, your neighbors and acquaintances, the person in the long lines, or the homeless on the streets. Have compassion and lead them to the good Shepherd. Merry Christmas to you and your family and friends and May God bless you in every thing you put your hands to. Melanie’s Moments Christmas Greetings to all our faithful friends and prayer warriors! We could not have made it through the past few months without your timely encouragement and support. There are so many ways that we have seen God working in us and around us. Just this past week Brian preached at a local new church and Lord moved on two ladies and they came to front repenting, crying out to Lord and received Salvation. What was cool is the pastor invited them just a couple hours before that same night where she was selling candies on the street a few blocks over. That same night we had a wonderful time of fellowship and ministering to the pastors family. Your prayers have also made a difference for a husband and wife and their family. We were honored to pray with them a few years ago and lead them to salvation then. They are still going to that local church and received more restoration in their family just a couple of weeks ago. His wife became outspoken that it was our prayers and the power of God that saved her husbands life years ago and brought us back to that church this specific time to minister to them. We continue to pray for spiritual healing and deliverance for those that Lord puts in our path. Afterwards she told me that the cost to her other relationships was too high to continue to hold on to un-forgiveness. Each day we see Gods provision and glory from big things and little tiny things. He continues to bless us with new friendships and being a part of peoples lives we have known over the past 13 years of coming here to Piedras Negras and their growth and life changes. I have seen my personal life change, my marriage change, and my childrens lives change since arriving here in May. God came to earth as a baby. He lived and died for our sake. He rose again and He is still in the business of changing lives. When we surrender our lives to Him we will see changes and miracles. Brian’s Blessings Seeing the people, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd. Matthew 9:36

We were praying for a 14 year old girl named Median a few weeks ago. Her mother brought her to a meeting

I was preaching at. I noticed her during the service because she was at full manifestation from the minute

she walked through the door. During the preaching she would manifest with outbursts, mostly repeating what

I had just said. During the alter call her mother brought her forward to receive prayer. Her mother began to

explain to us that she had only been like this for 6 weeks. She began to tell us all of the ways that Median

was being tormented by the powers of darkness. Her mother couldn't control her. They weren't even mem-

bers of the church. They came because their pastor was calling this a mental illness. The fact is that she be-

gan hanging around the wrong friends, and doing things that ended up hurting her. She had been abused,

was doing drugs, playing with Ouija board. She was hearing voices telling her to kill herself.

While we were praying for her, I could see the real Median in her eyes, and she was so desperate and hope-

less from the constant torment she was going through. The Lord broke my heart over this young girl. I felt His

compassion for her.

long lines, or the homeless on the streets. Have compassion and lead them to the good Shepherd. Merry

Christmas to you and your family and friends and May God bless you in every thing you put your hands to.

Caleb’s Corner

This month

God has

blessed me with

a way to reach

other children

for Jesus. I was

asked to join

Liga Frienet (soccer league) which is

part of a school we work with here in

Mexico. When I started to play it was

so very difficult as you see they only

speak Spanish. I know a little Spanish

but God is so good! It was so hard to

understand my coach and my team. I

asked the Lord to please help me!

They started speaking slower and I

began to understand them more! I like

to look towards God and not just the

soccer! The coach said this will not be

just another soccer team but a soccer

team of God! It was special the day I

received my uniform. I was really sick

but wanted to go and get my uniform to

be a part of a bigger plan than me just

playing soccer. We prayed and were

blessed. For me every time I make a

goal it is like I personally kick the soccer

ball in the devils face!!! It makes me so

happy and encourages me to do it over

and over again. I want you to remember

even if something is hard, put God first

and you can accomplish lots!!

Faith’s Favorites As just a few weeks ago was Thanksgiving we have lots to be thankful for . Right? Well, I want to encourage you to be thankful all year round not just last month. Everyday, I encourage you to name one thing to be thankful for and it can’t be the same thing over and over again!! All year round of course that is 365 days!! I am thank-ful for so much but instead of telling you my 365 things I am going to share with you a few! I am thankful for my salvation, my life, my parents, my brother, my sisters, my BFF’s, my friends, my church families here and in Dallas, and the opportunity to be able to minis-ter to people and pray for them, to live in Mexico as a missionary, for my pastors, and for early morning prayer, and prayer in general. Another wonderful thing I am thankful for was to be able to spend some intense time with some of children and youth here at a local church. I was blessed especially because we had the opportunity to go and evangelize with them here in the streets of the city. We also were able to teach the kids about Jesus, and to make many new friendships. We had a blast with “Leonardo” our bible school mascot. I was so thankful for Laurel our wonderful translator that works here at a local orphanage. Kids had so much making crafts, playing games, and eating!! I encourage you that if you have never been able to go on a mission trip!! GO!! It is a great way to bless others and be blessed by others. It also gets you closer to the Lord

and have FUN serving Him! Love you and Be Blessed! Faith
