• Meetwiththeclientwithin(6)monthsbutnotlaterthantwo(2)monthsbeforetheevent.
• Pre-eventmee9ngswillbescheduledpriortotheevent.• FULLEVENTDetailing• Discussionoftheme,styleetc.togetabeWerideaofthedebutanteandthefamily’s
expecta9onsonthebigday.• Provisionof9melinefortheevent• Unlimitedphoneandemailconsulta9onsuponcontractsigning.• Findallsuppliers/serviceprovidersasrequested.AWendanceatmee9ngswith
suppliers/serviceprovidersasrequested.• Clientturnoverofallsignedfinalcontracts(ifany)andotherplansforreference,follow
up,confirma9on,coordina9onandexecu9on.
• Assistancewithbudgetandbreakdownofcost.Monitor,maintainandmanagethesetbudget.
• Assisttheclientinmonitoringpaymentduedatesofsuppliers.• Ocularinspec9onofthevenues.• Assistinconceptualizingtherecep9onprogram.Createprogramflow,scriptandassist
hostduringtheeventday.• Provideadetailsscheduleforthedateofdebut.Uponclient’sapproval,schedulewill
bestrictlyfollowedandimplementedontheeventdate.• Managementandsupervisionofvenueset-up,debutanteprepara9onandrecep9on
program.• Guestconfirma9on/RSVP• Debutanteassistancebefore,duringandaCertheparty(fromhotel/residencetothe
venue).
• Guest,giC&programmanagement.• Coordinatewiththebanquetsalesrepresenta9veandcaptainwaiter.• Coordina9onwithsuppliersonthedayoftheevent.• Turnoverofdebutaccessories,giCs,leCoverfoodsandotheritemstoclientaCer
recep9on.• Reviewtheprogramflowanddetailswiththesuppliers.• Handleguestregistra9on.• Usheringtheguest• Managementofeacheventoftheprogram.• Assistthehost/emcee,photographerandvideographer.• Manpowerpoolingfortheevent• 10coordinatorsduringtheen9reeventday.
TERMS&CONDITIONS
Termsofpayment:• Php10,000downpaymentisrequireduponcontractsigning.
Remainingbalancecanbepaidininstallmentviapost-dated
cheques:
• Depositsarenon-refundable,astheseareusedtobookallrequired
suppliers.Itisnotapplicableandnon-transferabletoanotherdate
incasetheclientdecidestopostponeorcanceltheevent.
• IftheclientwithdrawsfromhiringtheEventOrganizeraCerthis
contracthadbeensignedandbeforethedownpaymenthasbeen
given,theClientagreestopay30%ofthemanagementfee,which
shallserveaspaymentforconsulta9onandPre-arrangement
Services.
• If the client cancels the event, the deposit paid to the event
Organizer will be forfeited and the Company shall reimburse the
EventOrganizerforalloutstandingexpensesincludingcancella9on
feesincurredbysuppliersfortheevent
• No9ce of cancella9on from the Client must be provided to the
EventOrganizerinwri9ng.
• Remaining balance should be seWled on the ten (10) days before
theevent.
• No pencil booking. Event date will be blocked off upon contract
signingandreceiptofdownpayment.
• Package is for events inMetroManila area only. Addi9onal rates
apply for des9na9on / out of town events. Reduc9on of rates is
possibleifeventisinManila.
