30 Years ago, New York City was unsafe, undesirable, ungovernable and unsolvable (PlaNYC, 3) But now the city is stronger than ever because of low crime rates decrease in unemployment and increase in population. Many come to New York City with optimism and hopes of being prosperous. But now challenges will be faced such a growth, ageing infrastructure and precarious environment
