We will offer Co-ed Freestyle events divided into three age groups with no content restrictions and Open B Creative Freedance. All events will be skated as a Final Event. A final schedule will be posted on the Eastern Region Web Page www.ERUSARS.ORG as well as the rink website www.FANTASYSK8ING.COM
Rules of Entry: All USARS rules will be observed, except as noted. USARS Membership:
All A & B Level contestants must be registered USARS members
“C”, Intro and YDP skaters must sign the waiver and submit with application
Awards: Unique medals with neck ribbons will be presented for first through third places.
AGE ELIGIBILITY is determined by the skater’s age on January 1, 2017. Challenge up and Cross Over:
Level C skaters may challenge up to Level B and up to their Standard A Level event
All Level A events may challenge up. Sophomore and Freshman must challenge Jr. /JR World Class or Sr. World Class
Adult skaters may cross over between Novice, Esquire, Masters, Veterans, Golden and Premier as eligible by qualification and age.
Procedure for Solo and Team Dance Events: In the interest of safety and improved skating, all solo and team dance events will use a two-team/skater format for flights for the standard scoring duration. Final Events: All events will be skated as a Final Event JR/SR World Class Solo/Team will skate only the compulsory dances. Unofficial Event Rules: There will be Intro Figures and Dance, Youth Development with Golden Team Dance. Youth Development content per the outline on www.erusars.org . Intro Events: Skated Coed. Age Grouping: Intro Figures / Solo / Freestyle Intro Team: Tot Age 6 and under Youth Age 15 and under Primary Age 7 and 8 Adult Age 16 and over. Elementary Age 9-15 Adult Age 16 and over

Freestyle Events: Following USARS Content Rules…Skated Co-ed and the following seven divisions: Primary (8 and under) Elementary C (12 and under) Freshman C (13 and Over) Elementary B (12 and under) Freshman B (13 and over) Elementary A (12 and under) Freshman A (13 and over) DIRECTIONS TO THE RINK: From Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey Via the Westbound PA Turnpike
Exit the PA Tpk at Morgantown/Reading, Exit 298.
Proceed North on I-176 to US-422 West
Follow US-422 West to PA-12 East, toward Pricetown.
Continue PA-12 approximately 1 mile to Centre Ave, PA-61 North.
Follow PA-61 North to the second traffic light, George St. The Met Ed Bldg on the left. Turn right onto George St. The rink is over the bridge on the right. From Central and Western Pennsylvania Via the Eastbound PA Turnpike
Exit the PA Tpk at Lancaster/Reading, Exit 286.
Turn onto US-222 North.
Follow US-222 North to US-422 East
US-422 East becomes PA-12 East, toward Pricetown.
Continue on PA-12 approximately 1 mile to Centre Ave, PA-61 North.
Follow PA-61 North to the second traffic light, George St. The Met Ed Bldg on the left. Turn right onto George St. The rink is over the bridge on the right. From Northern Pennsylvania
Take PA-61 South toward Reading.
Pass Rte 61 Diner on the left.
At the first traffic light past the Rt 61 Diner, turn left onto George St. The Met Ed Headquarters Bldg is on the right. The rink is over the bridge on the right. From Northern New Jersey
Take I-78 West to PA-100 South.
Continue on PA-100 South to US-222 South to exit for PA-61 South toward
Tuckerton/Pottsville.
Follow PA-61 South (Tuckerton) for approximately 2-1/2 miles to George Street.
Turn LEFT onto GEORGE ST. at the traffic light. The Met Ed Headquarters is on the right. The rink is over the railroad bridge on the right.
